Filing 9 ORDER: On June 17, 2021, defendant Arata Exposition, Inc. ("defendant") initiated removal of this civil action. [Dkt. No. l]. On June 21, 2021, the Court ordered that this civil action be remanded to the Circuit Court for the County of Fauquier, unless defense counsel complied with 28 U.S.C. 1446(a). [Dkt. No. 3]. On June 23, 2021, plaintiff filed a proposed order of non-suitin the Fauquier Circuit Court. [Dkt. No. 8] r 5. On June 24, 2021, the Court ordered that the requirements for removal had been satisfied. [Dkt. No. 5]. On June 25, 2021, the Fauquier Circuit Court entered plaintiffs proposed non-suit Order. [Dkt. No. 8],r 5. Because this Court found that the technical problems with defendant's removal were resolved effective June 24, 2021, all jurisdiction over this civil action was removed from the state court to this courteffective June 24, 2021. Accordingly, the June 25, 2021 state court non-suit Order was ineffective. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that this civil action may proceed in this court. Signed by District Judge Leonie M.
