ORDERED that the First and Eighth Amendment claims against Harold Clarke and Tikki Hicks be and are DISMISSED; and it is further ORDERED that plaintiff is permitted to file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order by filling out the attached 1983 complaint form; and it is further ORDERED that if an amended complaint is not received within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, the Court will dismiss this civil action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. l 915A(b)(l); and it is further ORDERED that plaintiff is assessed a filing fee of $350.00 and an administrative fee of $52.00, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1914(a); and it is further ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed IFP [Dkt.
