ORDER: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted based on her adequate showing that her liabilities currently exceed her assets and her difficulty in securing employment during the pandemic despite her education and experience. Because Plaintiff has counsel, the Court assumes that counsel will effectuate service of the summons and complaint. If Plaintiff would like the US Marshals to serve the summons and complaint, counsel must contact the Courtroom Deputy no later than 4/23/2021. Given the many responsibilities of the USMS, it is likely that service will be made sooner if done by counsel.
