This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Attorneys Fees #43 . On January 5, 2023, the parties participated in a settlement conference before the undersigned and reached a settlement agreement that included dismissal of this action but reserved the issue of reasonable attorneys fees. The parties consented to the undersigneds jurisdiction to determine what reasonable attorneys fees should be awarded to Plaintiffs counsel. Plaintiffs proceeded to file this Motion. The matter was fully briefed, and the Court heard argument of counsel on April 25, 2023. For reasons stated from the bench, and in accord with specific rulings and instructions thereto, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion for Attorneys Fees #43 is GRANTED; it is further ORDERED that Defendant shall pay attorneys fees to Plaintiffs in the amount of $56,025.00, plus costs in the amount of $2,967.49, and shall make such payment within 30 days of entry of this Order; it is further ORDERED that pursuant to the parties settlement agreement, which reserved only this issue of attorneys fees and costs, which is now resolved, this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
