ORDER: On September 30, 2022, petitioner Professional Foreclosure Corporation of Virginia ("PFCV") filed a Response to Court Order of September 16, 2022, [Dkt. No. 12], in which it requests a status hearing. PFCV also responds to the Court's order to provide proof of service and states that respondent American Microloan, LLC ("American Microloan") has in fact been served and filed an Answer to the interpleader Complaint; 1 however, that Answer does notappear in the docket of this interpleader action, because respondent United States Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service failed to include it when the Notice of Removal was filed. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that unless this civil action is resolved, petitioner and all respondents appearat 10:00 am on Friday, November 18, 2022, for a status conference. Status Conference set for 11/18/2022 at 10:00 AM in Alexandria Courtroom 700 before District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema.(see order for details)(copies mailed as directed).
