ORDER granting #4 MOTION to Stay or Alternatively, Motion to Dismiss. It is ORDERED, that the Litigation be and is hereby STAYED for a period of 90 days from the date of entry of this Order to al low the Parties to mediate the dispute; and further It is ORDERED, that if the mediation does not resolve the dispute, Plaintiff will file an amended complaint within 104 days of the date of this Order, i.e., within fourteen (14) days of the stay being lifted, to allege satisfaction of the mediation requirement contained in the Parties contract at issue in the Litigation; and further It is ORDERED, that Defendant will file a responsive pleading to the amended complaint within 21 days after Plaintiff files an amended complaint.
