No. 68] as a successive petition for writ of habeas corpus under 2254; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk's office docket this Order both in Civil Action No. 1:16-cv-1151 and in the new civil action that will be opened pursuant to this Order; and it is further ORDERED that petitioner's Motion [Dkt. No. 1 be and is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as an unauthorized successive 2254 petition and that the Clerk's office close the newly opened civil action. Signed by District Judge Leonie M.
