Order Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order - Pursuant to the Rule 16(b) ConferenceUpon consideration of the representations made in the parties' Joint Proposed Discovery Plan ("Joint Discovery Plan") (Docket no. 86) and at the hearing held on October 4, 2023, the court makes the following rulings: 1. All discovery shall be concluded by January 12, 2024. Plaintiffs request to extend the discovery period is denied without prejudice. 2. The Joint Discovery Plan is approved in part and shall control discovery to the extent of its application unless further modified by the court. 3. All Fed. R. Civ. P 26(a)(1) disclosures shall be completed by October 5, 2023. 4. The parties shall not be limited in the number of requests for admissions and requests for production of documents served. 5.
