Plaintiff and Defendant agree to submit this matter to arbitration, pursuant to the arbitration provision contained in the Agreement; Plaintiff shall initiate the arbitration demand to AAA within 90 days of the date of this Order; and this action shall be stayed pending resolution of the arbitration.
