ORDERED that: 1. A copy of this Order be published in The Washington Post within 14 days after the entry of this Order and that a declaration be filed on the plaintiff's behalf, no later than 21 days after the entry of this Order, describing the steps that have been taken to comply with this Order. 2. The domain name peratons.com (the "Domain Name") is advised: A. The plaintiff has filed a Verified Complaint alleging the Domain Name has violated the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act. A copy of the Verified Complaint may be obtained from the plaintiff's counsel; Timothy B. Hyland, 1818 Library Street, Suite 500, Reston, VA 20190, Tel. (703) 956-3566. B. In the event the plaintiff prevails against the Domain Name, remedies could include the forfeiture or cancellation of the Domain Name, transfer of the Domain Name to the plaintiff in this action, and/or entry of an award of the plaintiff's attorneys' fees. C. Any answer or other response to the Verified Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA 22314 within 21 days from the date of publication of this Order in The Washington Post. If no appearance or pleading is filed as required by this Order, this Court may render a judgment against the Domain Name or the transfer of the Domain Name to the plaintiff; and it is further ORDERED that the hearing to show cause currently scheduled for December 27, 2023 be continued to January 10, 2024; and it is further ORDERED that pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(b)(2), the temporary restraining order granted by this Court on December 13, 2023 be, and the same hereby is, extended for fourteen (14) days until January 10, 2024, to allow for notice by publication to be effectuated as described herein.
