John Ferman present on behalf of the defendant Michael Grieco. Howard Goldfarb present on behalf of the defendant Michael Trimarco. Joshua Hartman present on behalf of the movant Issues and Answers Network, Inc. Counsel begin by arguing the motion to intervene. Mr. Lubetzky argues on behalf of his client. Mr. Goldfarb and Mr. Hartman respond with argument. Argument is heard on the pending motion to compel.
