June 14, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 52 ORDER - Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(a)(5)(A), Goodrich requests expenses incurred in bringing the motion and for extension of discovery deadlines. The Court further ORDERS that Goodrich shall have until June 26, 2012 to provide expert disclosures, and may take depositions through July 6, 2012.
