OPINION AND ORDER that Plaintiff's Complaint fails to allege sufficient facts to support an infringement claim, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff may, within eleven days of the entry of this Order, file an amended complain t setting forth the necessary allegations, and Defendants may, within eleven days after service of any amended complaint, file responsive pleadings.
