November 7, 2012	Filing 13 OPINION AND ORDER that the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's 7 Motion to Quash Subpoenas Duces Tecum and for a Protective Order and ORDERS that the applicable subpoenas duces tecum to Plaintiff's previous employers be QUASHED; that a Protective Ord er is entered, as described, requiring Defendant to first obtain leave of Court before issuing any other subpoenas seeking Plaintiff's previous employment records in this case, excepting only subpoenas to a particular employer seeking documents relevant to prior FLSA litigation instituted by Plaintiff; that if Defendant wishes to seek documents from Plaintiff's prior employers relating to Plaintiff's prior employment, he shall first seek leave of Court and present subpoenas approp riately tailored to seek relevant evidence with authority explaining why the material sought is likely to lead to the discovery of evidence admissible at trial, or evidenceproperly usable to test credibility.
