August 26, 2013	Filing 120 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER that the Court finds construction of the following terms unnecessary because the term is clear based on its plain and ordinary meaning: two meshing Geared components; secured to; and fixed component. Further, the term &quo t;follower" appears in Claim 2 of the '431 Patent. The parties agree that the term follower means "a component which follows the motion of a separate component." Finally, both parties agree that the term "means of retracting said piston against said spring" is a means-plus-function limitation and that the function of that limitation is "retracting the piston against said spring." Filing 120 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER that the Court finds construction of the following terms unnecessary because the term is clear based on its plain and ordinary meaning: two meshing Geared components; secured to; and fixed component.
