Accordingly, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 45, is GRANTED, and the matter i s DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Because summary judgment is appropriate based on the shortcomings of Dr. Bawab's initial report, the following motions are therefore MOOT: Defendant's Motion to Exclude Plaintiffs Expert Testimony, ECF No. 43, Defendant's Motion to Strike, ECF No. 58, and Plaintiffs Motion to Exclude Defendant's Experts, ECF No. 62. Should Plaintiff wish to appeal, she must file a Notice of Appeal with the Clerk of this Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. See Fed. R. App. P. 3,4.
