It is ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that The United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs is hereby removed as a Grantee of the Trustee's Deed dated July 16, 2015 and recorded among the land records of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Circuit Court as Instrument #20150731000730310: any and all rights and/or interests that The United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs has in or to the Property because of said Trustee's Deed are hereby ended as though they never existed, and any and all liabilities that The United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs may possibly incur with respect to the Property because of the aforementioned Trustee's Deed are hereby ended as though they never existed. A certified copy of this Order shall be recorded among the land records of the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Circuit Court.
