Defendant's summary judgment motion is therefore DENIED as to Plaintiff's hostile work environment claim. Defendant's summary judgment motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's claims that she was constructively discharged due to her race and/or retaliated against as a result of protected behavior. The record evidence is insufficient as a matter of law to demonstrate that Plaintiff's work ing conditions were "intolerable," and/or that there was a causal link between Shue's harassment of Plaintiff and her involvement in reporting his earlier-in-time use of a racial epithet.
