SHOW CAUSE ORDER. Ms. Morrison 's Answer is inadequate. Ms. Morrison is therefore ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE why the filing should not be stricken. Brax LLC is ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE why JTH Tax, Inc. should not be permitted to file for default judgment against it. Defendants shall make these filings within twenty days of the date of this Order. Further, both Defendants are ORDERED to respond to JTH Tax, Inc.'s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction within twenty days of this Order.
