ORDER. The Court will SEVER action 2:19cv637 and each Plaintiff will proceed individually. The Clerk is DIRECTED to create separate action for each of the named Plaintiffs. Each file shall include a copy of this Order and a copy of the Complaint. Each Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit an Amended Complaint. In addition, each Plaintiff, except Plaintiff Strickland, must submit a Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Plaintiffs must comply with this Order within thirty days from the date of entry of this Order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send all Plaintiffs a copy of this Order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiffs Reese, Pitts, Mitchell, Finchum, Kirby, Lewis and Gibbs a copy of the Court's questionnaire and an Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis that includes each Plaintiff's new Action Number.
