Section 2254," including a proper party defendant and proof of exhaustion. It is further ORDERED that, along with the filing of Petitioner's amended petition, he must: 1. Remit $5.00 as a filing fee to the Clerk of this Court, or 2. Complete and submit to the Clerk of this Court an Affidavit in Support of Request to Proceed in Forma Pauperis.
