ORDER: Plaintiff's Application for Leave to File Suit in Federal Court is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to file Plaintiff's IFP Application, under seal, as a separate entry on the docket of this matter. The Clerk is FURTHER DIRECTED to file Plaintiff's April 27, 2021 Submission, June 30, 2021 Submission, July 2, 2021 Submission, and July 6, 2021 Submission as proposed filings attached to Plaintiff's IFP Application. Plaintiff failed to sign her IFP Application, Plaintiff's IFP Application is DENIED. If Plaintiff wishes her submission to be considered by the Court, she is DIRECTED to either (i) remit the $350.00 filing fee and $52.00 administrative fee; or (ii) submit a signed IFP Application to the Court within thirty days from the date of entry of this Order. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit one proposed Complaint to the Court within thirty days from the date of entry of this Order. A copy of this Order was sent to pro se plaintiff as DIRECTED on 9.22.21.
