ORDER: The Court will conduct a hearing on the Petition on Wednesday September 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Petitioner Lena A. Hammer SHALL serve the expected adverse party with a copy of the petition and a notice stating the time and place of the hearing at least twenty-one (21) days before the hearing date. When doing so, Petitioner SHALL also serve the expected adverse party with a copy of this Order. Petitioner is DIRECTED to file a Certificate of Service upon completion.
