ORDER. It is ORDERED that within thirty days from the date of this Order, Petitioner must accomplish one of the following actions: 1. Remit $5.00 as a filing fee to the Clerk of this Court, or 2. Complete and submit to the Clerk of this Court an "Affidavit in Support of Request to Proceed in Forma Pauperis." The Clerk is DIRECTED to forward a copy of this Order to Petitioner, along with an application to proceed informa pauperis, as well as two copies of Form AO 241 (Rev. 01/15), "Petition Under 28 U.S.C. 2254 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody," with the current case number affixed to each copy.
