Section 2241," including proof of exhaustion. The Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of the "Form for Use in Applications for Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. Section 2241," to the Petitioner with the case number affixed. If he wishes to proceed with his compassionate release claims under 18 U.S.C. 3582(c)(1)(A), it is ORDERED that within 30 date from the date of this Order, he shall move to voluntarily dismiss the 2241 habeas action and seek relief from the court of his conviction.
