ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on its own initiative. On June 9, 2025, the pro se defendant filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and a notice of removal, seeking to remove an action currently pending in the Chesapeake Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court. Because the Norfolk Division covers cases pending in Chesapeake, Virginia, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to transfer this case to the Norfolk Division. It is so ORDERED.
