ORDER. The Court recently received a money order in the amount of $50.00 from the correctional institution where Plaintiff is currently incarcerated. The Clerk is therefore DIRECTED to process the money order. #6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to to establish an account for the receipt of installment payments for action number 2:25cv804. The appropriate officer at Plaintiff's institution is DIRECTED to begin submitting monthly installments of twenty percent (20%) of the preceding month's income to the Clerk each time the balance in Plaintiff's inmate account is greater than $10.00. If Plaintiff is transferred, the inmate account officer is DIRECTED to forward the Consent to Collection of Fees form and payment history to the receiving institution. The Clerk is DIRECTED to please send a copy of this Order to Plaintiff, and a copy of this Order and a certified copy of Plaintiff's signed #7 Consent to Collection of Fees form to the inmate account officer at the institution where Plaintiff is currently incarcerated.
