ORDER - This matter comes before the Court on its own initiative. The Court needs additional information to confirm that complete diversity exists betweenthe parties, thus assuring that it has subject matter jurisdiction in this case. Specifically, the Court needs more information about the members of Atlas Films LLC and Studio 3 Partners, LLC (the "LLC Defendants"). The LLC Defendants disclosed a list of members in their financial disclosure statements, but did not include the headquarters of the member-corporations, and did not include the members of the member-LLCs.
