July 31, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER that the plaintiff, April Taylor, has made a showing of her inability to pay the required fees and the Court therefore GRANTS the Motion and DIRECTS the Clerk to file the Complaint attached to the Motion. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). Due to the minimal facts alleged and the lack of clarity on the source of the plaintiffs claims, the Court hereby DIRECTS the plaintiff to file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order. Once filed, the particularized complaint will become the operative complaint in this case. Failure to file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days or comply strictly with the requirements set forth above will result in dismissal of the case. See Fed. R.Civ. P. 41(b).
