By Memorandum Order entered May 10, 2018, the Court directed Petitioner to pay the $5.00 filing fee within eleven (11) days of the date of entry thereof. More than eleven (11) days elapsed and Petitioner failed to pay the filing fee. Accordingly, by MemorandumOpinion and Order entered on June 26, 2018 the Court dismissed the action.
