ORDER that Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is hereby GRANTED. Plaintiff may proceed in this case without paying the Court's filing fee. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file Plaintiffs Complaint UNDER SEAL. For the reasons set forth below, however, the Court finds that Plaintiff's Complaint fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiff s Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 19I5(e)(2)(B)(ii). Furthermore, based on the Complaint's failure to state a claim, the Court certifies that an appeal in forma pauperis would not be taken in good faith pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3). Thus, Plaintiff's in forma pauperis status is hereby REVOKED for the purpose of appeal. Should Plaintiff wish to appeal this Order, written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of Court within 30 days of the date of entry hereof. See Order for details.
