Filing 2 ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on receipt of several documents from Plaintiff titled "Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241". The Court hereby ORDERS that Plaintiffs Habeas Petition be DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, as Plaintiff filed the incorrect pleading to receive the relief that she desires. Instead, the Court hereby ORDERS that the Clerk mail to Plaintiff at her address of record the attached forms (SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS). The Court further ORDERS that the Clerk return to Plaintiff at her address of record the money order for Five Dollars ($5.00) that Plaintiff sent along with her Habeas Petition.
