Filing 3 ORDER. On May 29, 2019, the Court ordered Jones to correct the Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and submit the proper Ghostwriting Form in accordance with Local Rule 83.1(M) no later than June 28, 2019 (ECF #2 ). As of this date. Jones has not responded to the Court's May 29, 2019 #2 Order. There being no response from Jones, the Court DISMISSES this case WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute. Filing 2 ORDER. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file the correct Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis within THIRTY (30) days of the date of this Order. The Court ORDERS Plaintiff to file with the Court the Ghostwriting Form within THIRTY (30) days of the date of this Order. The Court further ORDERS that by June 28, 2019, Plaintiff SHALL FILE an Amended Complaint using the correct form, which outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Plaintiff thinks that she is entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over her case.
