Filing 2 ORDER that the Court grants the Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis #1 and DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the complaint. For reasons set forth below, however, the court DISMISSES the complaint WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). Because the complaint is frivolous and fails to state a claim, the Court DISMISSES this case WITH PREJUDICE. Additionally, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), the Court CERTIFIES that an appeal in forma pauperis would not be taken in good faith, and therefore, the Court revokes the plaintiff's in forma pauperis status for appellate purposes. Plaintiff advised of right to appeal within thirty (30) days of date of this Order. Failure to file a notice of appeal within this period may result in loss of right to appeal. (SEE ORDER FOR DETAILS). Signed by District Judge John A. Gibney, Jr. on 8/2/19.
