ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on the pro se plaintiffs letter motion to stay all proceedings in this case #4 . To the extent that Lindsey's letter motion requests an unlimited stay of these proceedings, the Court DENIES her motion. The Court, however, will extend Lindsey's time for service by thirty (30) additional days. Lindsey, therefore, must serve each defendant by December 30, 2019. Accordingly, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to issue summonses. The Court cautions Lindsey that it will dismiss this action without prejudice if she fails to comply with the December 30, 2019 deadline.
