ORDER. This matter comes before the Court on its own initiative. On October 24, 2019, the Court granted the plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and directed the plaintiff to file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days thereafter #2 . The Court warned the plaintiff that failure to comply with its directives would result in dismissal of this case. More than twenty-one (21) days have elapsed since the Court's October 24, 2019 Order, and the plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute and DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41 (b). Plaintiff notified of right to appeal.
