January 23, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 2 ORDER. On January 22, 2020, Plaintiff Joseph A. Simonds, Jr., filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis with his Complaint attached #1 . Simonds is qualified to proceed in forma pauperis, therefore, the Motion is provisionally GRANTED as to Simonds. Tena Timmons, the other plaintiff listed in the Complaint, must file her own Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis and Financial Affidavit. To proceed as a plaintiff, Timmons must complete these forms and submit them to the Court no later than February 24, 2020. The Court hereby ORDERS that the Clerk shall provisionally file the proffered Complaint; and it is further ORDERED that, no later than February 24, 2020, Plaintiffs shall file an Amended Complaint that outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Plaintiffs think they are entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over this case.
