MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend, Dkt. 8, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. See Scahill v. District of Columbia, 909 F.3d 1177, 1184 (D.C. Cir. 2018) (holding "that a plaintiff may cure a standing defect under Article III through an amended pleading alleging facts that arose after filing the original complaint" in order to avoid "the unnecessary hassle and expense of filing a new lawsuit when events subsequent to filing the original complaint have fixed the jurisdictional problem.") Plaintiff's amended complaint, Dkt. 8-1, shall therefore be DEEMED FILED. It is, accordingly, further ORDERED that Defendants' motion to Dismiss, Dkt. 5, is hereby DENIED as MOOT.
