ORDER that this matter comes before the Court sua sponte. The Court has received sixteen cases on remand from the In re: Bard IVC Filters Products Liability Litigation, Multidistrict Litigation Number 2641. (See, e.g., 3:20cv217 Comp., ECF No. 1.) There are four divisions in the Eastern District of Virginia and in many of the cases the short form Complaint does not provide sufficient information for the Court to determine which division should receive each case. Judge Campbell's "Suggestion of Remand and Transfer Order" explains that "Defendants" right to challenge venue and personal jurisdiction upon transfer is preserved." (See. e.g., 3:20cv217 Second Am. Order 4, ECF No. 5.) In the interest of judicial efficiency, the Court directs the parties to confer and file a joint statement regarding appropriate venue, including the specific division, for the cases listed on the top of this Order.
