ORDER - The Court DIRECTS the CLERK to send a copy of the in forma pauperis form to Yo. Yo must either pay the filing fee or complete the in forma pauperis form and return it to the Court no later than July 31, 2020, before he may proceed. Failure to comply with this request will result in the case being dismissed without prejudice. The Court ORDERS Yo to file with the Court the Ghostwriting Form (a copy of which is enclosed) no later than July 31, 2020. Failure to comply with this request will result in the case being dismissed without prejudice. The Court hereby ORDERS that the Clerk shall provisionally file the proffered Complaint; and it is further ORDERED that, no later than July 31, 2020, Yo shall file an Amended Complaint, with a Ghostwriting Form attached, which outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Yo thinks that he is entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over his case.
