ORDER that 1) Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED; 2) The action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and, 3) If Plaintiff wishes to proceed with this action, she may submit a new complaint with the full $400 filing fee. Should Plaintiff desire to appeal. a written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of the Court within thirty (30) days of the date or entry hereof.
