MEMORANDUM ORDER that this matter is before the Court on Carla T. Lewis's (pro se "Plaintiff') Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("Application"), filed on August 3, 2020 (ECF No. #1 ). The Court concludes that Plaintiff is unable to pay the Court's filing fees. Therefore, Plaintiff's Application is hereby GRANTED, and Plaintiff may proceed without paying the Court's filing fee. Thus, the Court DIRECTS the Clerk to file Plaintiff's Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds the Complaint neither presents a federal question nor alleges diversity of citizenship, and therefore, theCourt DISMISSES Plaintiff's Complaint due to a lack of subject matter jurisdiction (please see Order for additional information.)
