The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to sever and transfer this action as follows: a. Plaintiff Peggy Grindstaff's case be severed and transferred to the Greenville Division of the Eastern District of Tennessee (Civil case 3:20-cv-2268-S opened); c. Plaintiff Andrew Holness's case be severed and transferred to the White Plains Division of the Southern District of New York (Civil case 3:20-cv-2269-S opened); d.
