ORDER that this matter comes before the Court on the Parties' Joint Motion to Consolidate Plaintiff's Cases. (ECF No. 10 filed in 3:20-cv-00404-MHL.) For the reasons stated in that joint motion and pursuant to Rule 42(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion. (ECF No. 10 filed in 3:20-cv-00404-MHL.) The above-captioned matter SHALL be consolidated with Packet v. Capital One Services, LLC, et al. (3:21cv10) into a single case on the Court's docket. From this point forward, any filings in these consolidated cases shall be filed in the matter of 3:21cv10.
