March 23, 2021	Filing 2 MEMORANDUM ORDER (Dismissing Action) - Plaintiff, a North Carolina inmate proceeding prose, has submitted a letter asking this Court to look into his pending legal matters in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. (ECF No. 1) Any matter pending in North Carolina is not within the jurisdiction of this Court, and the Court will take no further action on Plaintiff's letter. Plaintiff should direct his concerns to the cou11 where his civil matters are pending. If Plaintiff wishes to file a new civil action, he must do so in the appropriate cou11, which appears to be the Eastern District of North Carolina. See 28 U.S.C. 1391 (b) (setting forth venue requirements for civil actions). Accordingly, this action is hereby DISMISSED. Signed by District Judge David J. Novak on 3/23/2021.
