ORDER (Denying Defendants' Motion for Hearing) - This matter comes before the Court on Defendants Richard Holbrook and O'Hagan Meyer PLLC's (collectively, "Defendants") Request for Hearing on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) (ECF No. 10). At this time, the Court believes that oral argument will not aid the decisional process. Additionally, Defendants have not identified any factual or legal complexity relating to their Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 5) that would warrant a hearing. As such, the Court hereby DENIES Defendant's Motion (ECF No. 10). However, should the Court later believe that a hearing would aid the decisional process, the Court will contact the parties and schedule a hearing accordingly. Signed by District Judge David J.
