Jackson Women's Health Organization et al., Case No. 19-13 92, when reviewing Defendants' Motion to Dismiss ("Mot." (ECF No. #87 ).) The Court hereby STRIKES this Motion as patently inappropriate and completely irrelevant to this case. Although he is proceeding pro se, Plaintiff himself has decades of experience as a lawyer. Going forward, the Court expects that he will refrain from abusing the judicial process and that he will conduct himself in a professional manner, in compliance with applicable local and federal rules and this Court's orders. The parties shall brief the issue of standing in the following manner: First, by April 1, 2022, Defendants must file a Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(l) and address the following three issues in their opening brief.
