ORDER that the Court hereby GRANTS her motion to proceed in forma pauperis and DIRECTS the Clerk to docket the complaint. The Court, however, DISMISSES Goode's complaint for failing to state a claim. See Order for complete details. For the foregoing reasons, the Court dismisses the plaintiff's complaint WITHOUT PREJUDICE and DIRECTS the Clerk to close this case. Should the plaintiff wish to appeal this Order, a written notice of appeal must be filed with the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
