Filing 2 ORDER (Requiring Amended Complaint and Ghostwriting Form) - The Court findsPlaintiff qualified to proceed in forma pauperis and, therefore, the Court hereby provisionally GRANTS the Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. #1 The Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiff to file with the Court the Ghostwriting Form, no later than September 15, 2021. It is hereby ORDERED that, within twenty-one (21) days of this Order, Plaintiff shall file a particularized amended complaint that outlines in simple and straightforward terms why Plaintiff thinks that she is entitled to relief and why the Court has jurisdiction over this case, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a)(1) and (2). Plaintiff is hereby ADVISED that, if she does not satisfy these requirements, the provisional grant of relief to proceed in forma pauperis will be withdrawn and the Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis will be denied. The failure to strictly comply with the Court's directive and with applicable rules will result in DISMISSAL of this action for failure to prosecute under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(6).
