On October 22, 2021, Plaintiff Democratic Party of Virginia ("DPVA") filed a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief (the "Complaint"). On October 25, 2021, the Court conducted a conference call with Plaintiff and Defense Counsel.
